Nursing specific strategies that nurses can implement to improve the patient experience during their stay in hospital is providing care in a patient-centered way i.e. way that is sensitive to the cultural differences and religious preferences of the patient, as this will build trust between the patient and the nurse provider lead to improved adherence and thus better patient outcomes, (ANA)
