the broad band at 2950 is due to hydroxy group stretching

the band at 1681 cm-1 is due to carbonyl group

the band at 3024 cm-1 is due to aromatic CH stretching

the band at 1631 cm-1 is due C=C stretching

the band at 1449 cm-1 is due to aromatic C=C stretching

therefore compound has -COOH group, aromatic group and alkene group
