to predict the product. Just based on IR we can only estimate that

As you can see in the table (referenced from Infrared and Raman
Spectroscopy; Principles and Spectral Interpretation; Peter Larkin;
Pg. 91 and Introduction to Spectroscopy; Donald L. Pavia) the 1,3,5
substitution is more of a match.
There is a multiplet between 650-710 corresponding to OOP.
And singlet at 907 between the range 850-910 corresponding to the
C-H wag.
Thus there is a strong possibility of 1,3,5-tri substituted
products.
