The Neuman System model is one of the best models to apply in clinical practice. The conceptual framework of the Neumans model helpful in proving holistic treatment for the welfare of the patients. It gives relieve against the stressors and balancing the variables of physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual variables. According to this model, the stressors are considered as warnings that affect the human basic mechanism. These analyze the person's interpersonal, intrapersonal, and external stressors.

In the clinical practice area, I mainly target the population group of schizophrenic patients. It helps to analyze the stressors of caregivers. Caregivers play an important role in predicting mental distress while caring for schizophrenic patients. The negative behavior of the caregivers affects the social, emotional, and economic aspects. Caregivers must be educated about the intervention and the process of intervention helps to improve the coping strategy. The involvement of family members is necessary for reducing of the interpersonal and intrapersonal framework.

Nursing is one of the major fields where the stressors have been examined in terms of all variables. The caregivers major stress area are assessed at each level and the environmental enforces. The client has to be focused centrally and the caregiver's stressors are identified and resolved by using effective intervention. The outcomes are identified and measured to know improving status.
