Person centered care defines as care rendered is purely focussed on patient needs and wishes. It is not determined by the protocols and routine of the health care institution.

3) Encoding : a process of converting messages into verbal or non verbal cues.

6) Decoding : conversion of messages by the receiver to understand what is communicated but he sender or source of the message.
