Answer #1

A simple pendulum consists of a mass m hanging from a string of length L and fixed at a pivot point P. When displaced to an initial angle and released, the pendulum will swing back and forth with periodic motion,As with simple harmonic oscillators, the period T for a pendulum is nearly independent of amplitude, especially if \theta is less than about \text{15º}°.

T=2\pi\sqrt{}}L/g

length L of the string and the value of the gravitational field strength g

Applying the first law of motion

V=U+gT-------------

V= final velocity

U=initial Velocity=0 as it is from rest

g= acceleration due to gravity=9.8

T=5.4 Sec

V=53 m/sec(Velocity at 5.4 sec)
