What is the organized physical examination that follows the orthopedic examination outline?

7. An 18 year old right hand dominant male football player presents to the clinic with a complaint of intermittent pain, numbness and tingling into his right shoulder, arm and hand for the last week. He notes that this happens only with certain positions of his arm. He had a direct blow to his right shoulder close to his neck during practice 1 week ago. When it happened, his right arm/hand went numb and “felt dead.” The sensation and function came back quickly. A day later he began noticing these symptoms. The pain is achy and sometimes gnawing in quality and is only present when his arm is above his head. The symptoms resolve when he returns his arm to his side. He denies any previous history of injury to this area. No previous symptoms like this. No significant past medical history.
