I would like to apologize on behalf of Ajax Printing Supplies Ltd for the inconvenience this has caused you. We strive to maintain long positive relationship with you and would like to assure you that the particular product you purchased was an unfortunate anomaly.

We will be sending our logistics team and arrange for collection of used product and send you a replacement within a week after receiving the used product.

I am also happy to provide you one year free maintenance of the product in order to compensate you for the inconvenience. Thank you for your loyal patronage.
