Answer #1

Solution:

Start at the top: Its well known fact that all successful attempts by management initiatives were begin at the top level supported by the head of the ogranisation with a systematic execution.but the sysematic execution cannot be taken for sure as it requires the condition were everyone agrees for the particular change and implementation of the same.

Let suppose an ogranisation was decided to multiple its scale of operation in the next 10 years by which it can survive in the competitive industry in a well verse manner . For this they supose to redesign the structure of the organisation but before initiate the process of redesigning the leaders of the organisation need to be gather at an offsite and begin the exercise in allignment. the process of allignment includes survey to know the team effeciency and effectiveness. even by this survey its get to know the working of leaders as a team members. they make presentation regarding the case of change,

All of the leaders were already agreed to the change but their main concern is about how to bring that change effectively. for which they work to draft a roadmap to achieve the change for growth. for making such road map they are required to listen each and every member very carefuly and to discuss the points where they have conflcts with each other. After detailed discussion they can work together in a proper way to move in the direction for change. by the end of the meeting it is very important that all team members must think in the same way to move for the change with no doubt and full of confident in the decision taken.
