Delegation:

Delegation means assigning or giving certain responsibilities, to their necessary authorities, by superiors to their subordinates.

Principle of delegation :

Scalar principle of delegation of authority, that means direct authority and relationships from superiors to subordinates through out the organization.

* here they will maintain line of authority.

Through this scalar principle of delegation of authority, can improve or flutish the abilities and skills of subordinates, by the superiors.
