Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Defend your position. “ …although an evaluation is conducted at the end of your program, that is a bad time to plan it. Evaluation as an afterthought is, at best, a poor idea, and, at worst, a dangerous one.”

Evaluation is the assessment of the individuals performance at the end in order to grade him or promote him and to compare the improvement. The evaluation would be complete and reliable only at end of any training or course.

I completely defend the statement that evaluation is conducted at end and is poor or worst or danger one. The intermittent evaluations are also conducted but not taken into account and the individuals are told about their strengths and weakness and provides the chance to improve.

The final end evaluation at the end of the programme assesses the clients ability in order to know the individuals eligibility to go further. The evaluation when conducted at the end provides the individual also to show his potential after training and completion.

It also helps evaluator to appreciate,, promote and grade the individual to next position and it has to be done at the end of programme, wereby whole of required content is completed with proper practice .
