in your own words answer the following questions: What positive thing/things you can learn from working with group members that won't help you at all to complete the assigned project? how the lesson you learned apply it in future group projects either at school or work?

Group work is a process of team work where the members in the grouo working collaboratively to acheive a set of goals/tasksThe formation of group work involves:

*to complete a learning and teaching tasks

*to complete any formal assessment tasks

*to complete an assigned project

*helps in collaboative decision making

*heips in easy problem solving during the assignment or project

*helps to carry out the project/task/assignment very smoothly and easily without any delay or error

Any way as an nurse educator from my own experience i will not appreciate the group work if it is carefully constructed,because when working with group members to complete an assigned project they have no individual interest in doing the quality work,because if one says their own views or ideas,the other members in the group they all agree with that and relax in to a social conversation than showing interest to their own views and ideas.If we are not formulate the group in an effective manner results that students don't learn any of the things just being put together in groups,and they thought that the group work are often negative and they didn't learn any thing.

*when the members are working in the group they wont help to learn the content/mastery of content as working as individual

*In a group work the members can learn the content,but not in to a deeper level of understanding/basics

*when work within the group the individuals within the groupwill not take equal responsibilities to complete the project

*when work within the group the individual critical thinking and analysis is lower when comparing as individual work

As a nurse educator we have to promote the group work,because when working within the groups supports the students learning from and with each other in groups.When analyzing most of the research work who were work as as a group will be a great success when comparing with an individual project.

*When work with in a group to completet an assignment that will established a wide range of empirical analysis

*When work within the group it will improve the reading,discussing case studies,work together on content

*When working as a group the individual members within the group are trying to explain things each other,to argue for an answer,or to justify a conclusion.

*In a group the interaction with in the group clarifies their own thinking and often it calrifies the thinking of others with in the group

*When work within the groupthey contribute to the group interaction,support each other,improves communication,create a positive human relation and they deliver good work on time

*For the productive function of individual members in the group,they have the right to expect the group to value their individual contributions,to address behaviours that compromise group productivity,and to divide the work equitably amng members

*In the group work the members within the group shares what they know,debate the answers,and thus they find their waytothe right answer

*When working with a group projecthelps to work with people outside their circle of friends,including those who have different backgrounds and experiences

The most reasonable fact behind the group work failure are much of the group work is not well designed or well managed.If the group work is carefully conducted that results in a group dynamics and results in group effectiveness,and can learn the content and the improve their individual skills.Thus we can develop a positive communication and co-operation with each others and thus formulate agood human relationship with each other in future.
