a. One should make sure the Team’s workload is divided equitably. In my opinion, it should be not about that the work is divided correctly or not. It should be about that work is classified according to individual specialization. First, we should Have a plan, Clarify roles, Set expectations, Communicate one-on-one, Be flexible, Create a culture where team members help each other, and collaborate. Talk to the workers or employees one by one about their share of the everyday workload.

b. Things we should work on, in this situation are Trust your guide or employer: Let’s be honest: the one biggest terror most of us have about group work is that we will come by a character in our team who is either slothful or inexpert. We will consider the level of their effort instead of our own. Try active listening: Active listening is a conversation method that to be truthful can sometimes feel a bit silly. It includes the observer frequent and rephrases what the announcer has said, to examine they’ve understood.

c. We can identify individual strengths and weaknesses when working as part of a team by Being Direct and Real, Listening, Observing, User Profiles, Intranet Activity, Competition.
