2. Yes, I do think that the group is going to have an optimum level of cohesion which is required for this function group to work cohesively. First reason is the decision that has been taken has got the buyin or consent from all the members and the second reason is that all the group members has got common mindset and similar profile. The degree of difference in opinion among the group's membership is minimal which will help in making the decisions quickly and more unanimously.
