1. Chronic - it refers to a disease or condition which is persisting for a long period of time or usually recurring.

2. Aura - it is a sensation or feeling or like some pre symptoms that come before a condition that affects the brain.

example - blurred vision or visible abnormal patterns in front of vision before the seizure.

3. nocturnally - It refers to occurring at night.

4. Pain level 6/10 - It is VAS (Visual analog scale) measurement of pain, in which 0 is no pain and 10 is very severe and intense unbearable pain. 6 out of 10 means severe pain.

5. Stadol is an opioid analgesic(Pain killer).

6. The patient administered Satdol intranasally(Inside the nose).

7. Acetylsalicylic acid is known as aspirin.

8. Acetaminophen is paracetamol.

Brand name - Tylenol, Paracef, Crocin

9. Blood pressure 140/90 is in the high range.

10. PRN means as needed or when necessary.

11. Type 1 diabetes is insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. In this case, your body does not secrete insulin due to damaged or dead beta cells in the pancreas.

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is Non-insulin-dependant Diabetes Mellitus. In this case, the body secretes less amount of insulin or insulin is resistant to the body.

12. Hyperlipidemia is a condition where the blood lipid level is higher than normal.

13. CAD (s/p CABG 3) means
