Short term fitness goals opens their way to long term nutritional goals. For example., healthy lifestyle. My long term goal is to achieve a healthy diet and is on the track to achieve it. The amount of calories is consumed on an average and is meeting the daily requirements fro a healthy lifestyle modification. I choose food from all food groups like rice, fruits and vegetables, grains, non-fat milk, egg, fatty fish, and chicken which contains high carbohydrates, proteins and fats in my diet.
