Having food is to stay alive but healthily, but at the same time there has been a lot of food disorder existing between individual due to varied reasons and many re search has been done and supports as an articles today.The common eating disorder problems are Anorexia nervosa, Bulimia nervosa, Binge eating among individuals to maintain a good shape.

Some of the effective treatment done for anorexia nervosa is

• Involving family to encourage eating habits of the patients
• Cognitive therapy to analyse the perception of patient on good and providing solutions
• Behavioural treatment or therapy to cultivate a healthy eating habit
• Medical management to induce or stimulate appetite of the patient

For Bulimia nervosa patient

• A cognitive behavioural tgeraoy is needed for these type of patients
• Anti depressants are administered as per the need to stabilize patients mood and treat any anxieties.

For Binge eating disorder

• Cognitive Behavioural therapy to identify the mood and anxiety of the patient towards the food
