Q1 at 9cm dilation of cervix she in 1stage and active phase of labour

Beacuse 6-10cm dilation of cervix in active phase

Q2 wait till for full 10cm dilation of cervix in normal time period (1.2-1.5cm/hr Normal rate of cervix dilation)

After full dilation to delivery of baby 2nd stage of labour

Q3 after 10cm dilation and not urge to push check fetal station if >+2 station give oxytocin and try to deliver
