Hi my apologies as you have not been provided 13C NMR & Mass spectra, but luckily i have 13C NMR of this compound only.

The compound is 3-Methyl-3-ethylglutarimide (also called as Bemegride )

z-I

IR:

3207 cm-1, medium, imide N-H stretch

2980 & 2904 cm-1, medium, sp3 alkyl C-H stretch

1730 cm-1, medium, imide C=O symmetric & asymmetric stretch

1678 cm-1, strong, imide N-H bending

1387 cm-1, strong, sp3 alkyl C-H bending

1278 cm-1, imide keto-enol tautomer C-O stretch

HNMR & CNMR:

CNMR 6 HNMR Е Нэс НС 4 5 Нэс, -нс НВ 3 2 Вн, HB вн- Н Н Assign ppm Assign Shift (ppm) 1 172.91 2 43.51 8.9 A. 33.38 в 2.432 3
