The national hospice study analysis in 1974 provided hospice service, in 1980-1983 national hospice study impact on hospice care for increasing the quality of life of the patient.
Older adults got benefits from hospice care. it provided medicare reimbursement for hospice and nonhospice settings to fulfill the older adults' needs.
