Answer: The lab results shows abnormal values as results are Na+ 128 mEq/L, K+ 3.0 mEq/L, which is abnormal in range.

For the treatment the medications that can be given such as imodium as well as bismuth subsalicylate to treat diarrhea due to gastroenteritis.

Sepsis can occur if proper treatment would not be provided to the patient.

Bacterial infection of the stomach can't be easily treated with the antibiotics but to reduce the pain and fever ibuprofen can be given to the patient. Patient should be provided dietary supplements to maintain the hydration. Patient should not lay down in a specific position for a longer period of time. Patient should be Hydrated to reduce the risk of dehydration.
