Importance of essential nutrients during featal development stage of a pregnant women

       * Both macro and micronutients are needed for meet the dietry requirement of mother and baby

          during pregnancy period.

       * For better brain development of fetus all nutrients especially aminiacid containing food are

          required.

       * Essential nutrients help the mother to deliver a healthy baby with normal birth weight.

       * Lack of nutrition in case of pregnant women leads to birth defects in fetus.

       * Psychological changes like mood swings seen in preganant women so proper nutritions

          needed to maintain good mental health status.

       * Energy requirement of a pregnant women is higher than a non pregnant women to meet that

           much energy demand essentials nutrients are necessary.

       * Essential nutrients help to avoid vitamin deficiency diseases in fetus and mother.

       * Based on body weight of a pregnant women before pregnancy weight gain recommended

          during pregnancy period to proper delivery and good foetal growth so use all nutrients help

          to keep body weight.

      * Essential nutrients help to boost immmune system of pregnant women and protect fetus from

         various infections.
