The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act(PPACA) has become the law on March 23, 2010. Some provisions of PPACA are already in effect, while other provisions will come into effect in the next three years. The PPACA makes new standards on health insurers.

It gets a vital moral issue giving quality human services to all. So the Supreme Court has maintained the PPACA choice in June 2012. a portion of the potential moral issues are
