Mean =(4+1+3+3+3+2+2+3+1+3+1+2+2+3)/14 = 33/14 = 2.36

For median let's sort the data from smallest to largest

1,1,1,2,2,2,2,3,3,3,3,3,3,4

So median is (14+1)/2 = 7.5th value

So median is (2+3)/2=2.5

Mode for this data is 3

Midrange for this data is

(Largest-Smallest)/2 = (4-1)/2 =1.5

Also its answer is C. I.e. only mode makes sense since the data is nominal.
