Solution: Answer: TRUE Explanation Because, as per contract detail, note is matured on due date, it is no longer a note now because, as per terms of note, the date has passed. In this case, all balance of note with interest will be moved to Accounts Receivable and mapped to the sub-ledger of that particular party.
