1.The rules and regulations in the determination of fetal sex during pregnancy is against law and and illegal activity.The center cannot consider this as an exceptional case because just to have a baby boy for their economic stability in future is unfair and unjust,the parents in this 21st century are in a state to welcome any gender but a healthy child .The center if accepts this they can provide wrong guidance to the society through this family.

2.The center legally cannot be well adviced to formulate a new policy to determine sex as it is a concern morally and ethically.
