Alcohol reaches the stomach and it is absorbed in the small intestine but it is mostly metabolized in the liver .The enzymes like systolic ADH ,MEOS ,CYP2E1 are the chief to metabolize the liver.This leads to oxygen reaction causing oxidative stress and decrease in oxygen supply, meanwhile the liver starts accumulating the fats.If not treated this will slowly lead to the death off the cells called cirrhosis of liver .The endotoxin will be released in the gut and exhibiting signs and symptoms
