No, I don't think that restaurants posting nutritional information will solve our obesity epidemic and neither reading nutritional information override the compulsion of eating something unhealthy . Basically it all depends on the individual what he wants to eat , whether he wants to eat junk food , or home made food and this judgement is made totally on the basis of the knowledge what he have regarding good nutritional diet , the bad effects of fast foods etc . If he knows the bad health effects of fast food , then he will never order something unhealthy .
Whenever I go to restaurants , basically I only go for vegetarian foods because non vegetarian foods we don't know how many days freezed things are there and is that cleaned well or not ,does it had some disease etc . Some thing which is light and less in quantity I prefer to order.
