It will also decrease the risk of hypertension as blood flow rate will be normal during a relaxed phase.

Race, age are the major factors which influence hypertension, the African - Americans are more prone to hypertension as compared to native Americans. The higher the age of African American, the more risk of developing hypertension.

It is difficult for diabetic patients to adhere the treatment programs as most of people does not bother at the initial stage of diabetes as there are very less symptoms and that does not effect them. Along with the medication, one has to follow up the diet routine, you can not eat all the foods and fruits. People are unable to avoid the foods and risk their lives. The intake of alcohol, drugs etc should be avoided.
