The physician orders grains 1/2 of phenobarbital tablets for a patient= 32.4 mg

The phenobarbital tablet contains= 16.2 mg i.e 1/4 grain

Hence required tablets will be= 32.4 mg/16.2= 2 tables

Hence 2 tablets will be required to fulfill the physician's order for a patient of seizure.
