Different providers:
Doctors: They provide care for the patient directly by making a
medical diagnosis to treat the patient conditions with various
illnesses.
Pharmacist: Thye provides medication and other essential supplies
for the patient with doctor prescription, they have the drug
knowledge about side effects, action, chemicals included, toxins,
etc. they help patients for follow-up medication adherence and
schedule.
Administrative staff: Thye handle patient payment, admission,
appointment, health insurance, etc.
Technician: find the relevant diagnosis by making various tests and
analyses and radiology reports.
Therapist:
Speech therapist: Provide speech therapy for the patient to find
speech defects and correct the problem
Occupational therapist: Provide rehabilitation service for mental
illness and other physically challenged people
Physiotherapist: They regulate muscle functions on a regular basis
for their abnormally.
Nurse: Work with doctors in inpatient care for recovery by taking
vital signs and making physical examinations and administering
medications.

Example: If a patient comes to emergency with the complaint of
excess sweating and breathing difficulty, the doctor is the primary
health care provider they do an assessment with the patient

ECG, x-ray, etc. They contact administrative staff for patient
admission, coverage, etc. These health care providers communicate
with each other for a patient dealing with health conditions and
recovery.
Health IT helps health care providers to communicate easily and it
coordinates a care plan for the patient, it helps to share the
information and achieve health equity.
Increasing access to technology help communicate easily and it
obtains process and understands health information to make good
health decision for the patient.
