Digital framework is essentially a digital transformation framework and digital transformation is basically use of new generation technologies in place of traditional processes of businesses that were being used earlier , in order to Foster growth and ensuring optimum utilization of limited resources properly.

Steps to create digital framework is as follows :-

1. Establish new age business process = this steps requires redefining the existing business process into more modern and tech friendly business process, it can be anything like any operation or process. 2 . Identify transformational technology = The technology which can redefine the process is to be find out . The focus here is to find out the technology that best fits or rightly fits to the business objectives of the organization.

3. Construction of talent pool = The transformational technology that has been identified above is required to be implemented and for that purpose there will be requirement of a bunch of personnel having requisite skills and talent to successfully perform all the tasks. They are the person who will transform an idea into a real and tangible action.
