27. Drug / Rx : Humulin-R-Insulin

Dose : 10 ml Vial

Route: Subcutaneously

Sig : 30 units q.a.m.(every morning), 30 minutes ac (antecibum : before meals) sub cutaneously.

20 units , 30 minutes before meals in the evening.

28). Drug / Rx : ASA Acetyl Salicylic Acid

Dose : gr V # 60 (gr = grain , V is the Roman letter number "5"), 1 grain = 60 mgms., so 1 tablet consists 300 mg

Dispensed = 60 in number

Sig : 2 tablets every 4th hourly (q4h), prn (pro- re- nata) - as needed in case of fever or Head ache

29. Drug / Rx : Meperidine

Dose : 50 mg

Dispensed : 15 tablets

Sig : 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hrs in case of pain.
