Cost of goods produced = 325 * $825(NOTE) = $268,125

Less:- Closing Inventory = 110 * $825 =  $90,750   177,375

Gross Profit 209,625

Less:- Selling & Administrative Expenses

Variable Selling & Administrative Expenses = 11,825

Fixed  Selling & Administrative Expenses = 90,000 101,825

NET OPERATING INCOME 107,800

Calculation of Unit product cost:-

Variable product cost = $625

Fixed overhead cost = $200 ( 65000 / 325)

Total Unit product cost = $825
