Answer: The diverse cultural, ethnic and social background function as sources of patient family and community values as providing cultural competence environment can decrease the uneasiness. It provides patients the feeling of comfort and hence they can easily discuss their problem. The spiritual care provides faith to the patients and creates positivity. It increases the quality care provided to the patients. Respecting the values and belief of patients increases trust as well as build better relationship.
