Leaders and executives should listen to their employees because employees are the assets of the company. Employees are the persons who help achieve the goals of organization, they give their best and sometimes work overtime to achieve the targets. They always try to complete all their targets before deadline.

Human resource is the financial and material resource of organization. Employees should be motivated time to time so that they can perform well. They should be given monetary and non monetary reward and recognition. Leader should spend more time with their team members. Employees should be given training time to time so that they can understand the new technology and trends in the market. Behavior of leaders and executives should be friendly with the employees.
