Answer #1

Ans- Although conflict is good and bad both for any organization. It is good because due to this weakness of organization came out and if this weakness is removed then it can be bountiful. While most of the time it is bad as it hampers the productivity of the organization, as this divert the focus of employees within organization.

In the airline industry where resources are very limited and expensive. If they ( their employees ) entangled in conflict may cause huge loss for the organization. Since, this industry is very sophisticated and usually their customers are high income people and their work are important in nature along with their time is valuable. Due to such conflict it may cause delay in flight, poor services in the plane etc.

So, with above discussion we can draw a conclusion that airline leaders should introduce a conflict training program, so that they spend less time on conflict resolution and more time on productivity.

In middle management position, leaders should spend as much time completing routine tasks as they do discussing goals and progress toward goals. When delegating a new assignment to a...

Why is the principle of periodization an important part of a training regimen? Athletes can push through intense training over the course of several months with little rest. Athletes can spend more time resting while still increasing performance. The athlete can participate in intense training and then take the appropriate time for rest and recovery to prevent overtraining. Athletes can train during the season and take a break during the off-season and still be in good physical condition.
