Convert to kg=2 stones 5pounds to kg2. 35×6.35=14.969

=15kg.(multiply the mass value by 6.35)

Step 2

Calculate the dose in mcg=15Kg×50mcg /Kg

=750mcg/kg

Step 3

Divide the dose by frequency=750mcg/day÷1(OD)

=750mcg/day

Step 4

Convert 750 mcg to mg

=0.75mg

Convert the mg dose to ml

0.75mg/dose ÷1mg/5ml=

=3.75ml
