Ordered dose of loperamide hydrochloride oral solution = 2mg

Dose in hand of loperamide = 1mg/5ml

It means that 5ml of solution contains 1mg of loperamide hydrochloride

So the volume of solution needed = 2 x 5/1 = 10 ml
