Answer #1

ANSWER.

* Calculation of the amount(ml) of drug required.

Formula = Desired dose/Dose in hand * Quantity.

   Here

      Desired dose(D) = 400 mg.

      Dose in hand (H) = 300 mg.

          Quantity(Q) = 10 ml.

As per formula

   Amount(ml) of drug required = D/H * Q

                                                   = 400/300 * 10

                                                   = 1.33 * 10

                                                   = 13.3

                                                   = 13 ml.
