Smoking is always injurious to health .Though it is a personal choice and a personal thing an employer can't tell anything to an employee who is an off duty smoker. In case if the effects is still present in the on duty time then the employer as per their policies and protocols can take actions.

The initial reaction for this is a sort of exclamation with shock for a women and definitely a shock and anger for a men.The background which makes one think in this way is the lifestyle practices and habits.Smoking now a days is considered to be a fashion and there is thinking that it can be done only by high end people,to relieve tension,provides diversion, provides a new energy and happiness.Even women are in an increasing number in using the cigarette now a days due to modernization ,teens learn from peers and pressure,childrens seeing their parents and neighbors smoke automatically gives an reaction of "what " and "why" by listening that there 8s a ban in hiring smokers.
