1. Your Discussion this week is to describe in your initial (250 word minimum) post a time when you received a call from an angry person. How did you respond? What would you do differently now? What do you think is the proper way to handle a person's anger? Did you take the anger personally, when it may not have be really towards you at all but simply a frustrated person's outburst?

Ans) Understanding the person is important here. Taking it personal will definitely not help both.

- Please try to understand the person opinion before passing the judgement.

To respond:
- Don't ignore the person.
- Be open to listening to what they have to say.
- Keep your voice calm when they're upset.
- Try to talk things through.
- Acknowledge their distress, but don't feel like you have to back down if you disagree.
- Avoid pushing advice or opinions on them.
- Give them space if they need it.
