Though, jurisdictions are limited to states only. But in cases where a person has breached a contract in another date, the state reserves the right to use long-arm statute to justify hearing in the sad state.

Similarly, this jurisdiction may be applicable to e-commerce business also It is imperative for the online business participants to be cautious with respect to their transaction and contracts Breach or contract may lead them to tall under the long-arm statute.
Application of this law depends upon the damages caused through the breach of contract or non-abidance of the law
