The best way to achieve a certainty in knowledge within my discipline (nursing) is to be practical . Reaching out to the patients asking about their condition ,signs and symptoms , seeing the lesion etc directly ,being empathetic , taking suggestions from seniors etc all this will help me to be confident in my practise because it's giving me experience plus improving my knowledge . Until and unless you get into the work you are neither going to learn nor going to earn .

Being practical in every situation may it be your personal or professional matter will help you to guide and improve your knowledge from your mistakes . A basic inner motivation is key factor to drive you towards your aim .

I am presently working in medical oncology ,where I have interaction with people who are diagnosed with cancer who are battling to save their life .Patients not only provides you knowledge related to health factors for example ( bleomycin has pulmonary complications what we have studied in books but when we see it practically infront of our eyes it gets fixed permanently) but also about life ,how important it is ,how to tackle a situation, it makes you strong from inside and guides you to take correct decision.
