              Weight of the patient = 30 kg.

     So

         Maximum dose safe for this child = 7 * 30

                                                               = 210 mg q12h.

b) Ordered dose is safe or not.

                   Ordered dose = 200 mg q12h.

                   Maximum safe dose for this child = 210 mg q12h.

       So Ordered dose is SAFE for this child.
