Qualitative approach regarding lung cancer related research will be useful.

African Americans have the highest death rate and shortest survival.. difference between white and black population lung cancer for black male using tobacco and smoking 34% more than whites..Few research showed reason behind this African Americans knowledge and beliefs associated specially in lung cancer..Themes explored like fatalism,fear of diagnosis,distrust of Physician, treatment misconception, hope and desire for more information..This research shows low-income and limited education affect make black smokers getting cancer than white smokers..

Hypothesis was we would find late-night onset smoking to be more prevalent among African Americans than whites.next Hypothesis that cessation rates would be particularly low among the late-onset african American smokers..third one is charecteristic of African Americans smokers than white smokers..Fourth one socioeconomic status and race among whites..Fifth one age of population can have more prevalence among African Americans..sixth is less education compared to white smokers..
