1. Imagine that you are providing a nutrition education to your client/patient. How would you explain to him or her the concepts of having balance, moderation, and variety in their diet? What does each mean and how are they applied?

2. What advice would you provide your client for how he or she can avoid both nutrient deficiency and excessiveness?

3. Provide an example of a meal that is balanced and varied. Include the food types and appropriate portion sizes.

1, Balance in diet means nutrients needs to function correctly..so we need to include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts,lean proteins..

Moderate diet as to avoid excessive amounts of calories in food..it is a need that body require the nutrients..it is like portion control.

Variety in diet means wide collection of healthy foods with limitation can promotes good health, it prevent disease and it can maintain our weight..example vegetables, fruits,fish ,meats, grains,milk products etc..

2, Inadequate nutrients can cause nutritional deficiencies and eating large and excess quantity of food can make different disease..

Following nutritional management strategies like we'll balanced,limited and variety of food in our diet with physical activity can make us live healthy life..plan your diet means as per your body requirements..

3, eat 5times a day instead of 3times can meet our body requirements..one fruitp perday like banana, apple and 1 bowl of veg mixed salad,plain yoghurt, boiled potato, brown rice, whole wheat bread can be added for lunch..cheese, and dairy products and soya milk with low fat, low sugar can be added in diet..Fish, meat, eggs, pulses can be added..limit your oils and spreads..

Diet should include carbohydrate, vegetables, fruits, protein and fat with adequate 8glasses of water daily is the best source of avoiding excessive and deficiency in our diet..
