1. Energy balance is the relationship between "Energy in " ( Food or calories taken in to the body by food and drinks)

" Energy out" calories being used by the body from our daily energy requirements...

2. Energy balance is the balance of calories consumer through eating and drinking compared through calories burned through physical activities.

3. For weight loss energy out by physical activities is very important.

Determine of body shape and size:

1. Diet habits

2. Physical activities

3. Gender

4. Genetic predisposition

5. Presence of endocrine problems

6. Hormones in the body

7. Physiological changes like pregnancy

Movie diet war:

Weight reduction Diet:

1. High protein diet

2. Avoid sugars in diet

3. Drink water half and hour before meals

4. Eat soluble fire

5. Avoid processed food

6. Eat slowly

7. Chew properly.  

Food fad:

1. Food fad is the diet that promises weight loss

2. Clean diet

3. Clean eating habits

4. Healthy diet habits.

5. Fad diet are ketone diet, vegan diet, At kin diet, south beach diet, Paleo diet, Zone diet, Duken diet etc...

Distinguish good weight management and fast diet:

1. Weight loss with dad diet is temporary.

2. Some fad dies are harmful to body.

3. Fad diet make un uniformity in weight loss.

4. Sudden reduction in weight with fad diet.

5. More size effects with fad diet.
