The organization is Fortis Memorial Research Institute . It's a multi-speciality hospital with international faculty and efficient physicians and sub staffs with speciality in nursing, pharma , nutrition and provision of highly advanced technology for patient care .

It's Mission - To provide quaternary care to the community in a compassionate ,dignified , and a distinctive manner .

It's purpose is to provide :-

- To provide ultimate healthcare services

- To use highly advanced technology in healthcare sector for treating the patient's

- To make policies for healthcare based on research analysis

- To conduct fruitful research in the health care sector that will be beneficial in treating the patient's .

# The leader of the organisation is the Director( Malvinder Mohammed Singh) and he approaches his staffs with the Democratic leadership style. Include all the staff incharges representing the staffs to make a decision and take their opinions before and decision is made .

# Opportunities - it provides a lot of opportunities to get ahead in the nursing field . Most of the nurses take experience from this institute and fly abroad after having experience from such a wonderful organization . It helps to build up our strengths and work on our weakness . It also provides opportunities to study certificate courses held by themselves in nursing itself along with work .

It's an appropriate organization to work with as it helps to know our strengths and weaknesses , it provides opportunities to work at international levels . It usage of high advanced technology and monthly professional classes keeps us updated and also enhance our knowledge and practical skills.
