Nutrition facts label should also include five core nutrients (calories, total fat, sodium, total carbs and protein. Raw fruits, vegetables, and fish are exempt from nutrition fact labeling. Foods that contain zero of all required nutrients such as foods that fall under this exemption include tea, coffee, food coloring, etc.
